Atty. Phd. Filiz ASKAN and Atty. Beykan ASKAN complited their undergraduate education in 1985 at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Law.  Att Beykan Askan is a board member of the company besides his profession.

       Atty. Phd. Filiz Askan based on the experience which build up over the years  accomplished in 2007 Economics Law postgraduate programm also in Dokuz Eylül University.  In 2013, she started his doctoral program in Yaşar University, Department of Business Administration and in 2018 she published her doctoral thesis which named "Examing the Changes in Legal Environmenton Mergers withs Respect to Different State of Economies". She has also published work entitled "Cancellations of Seizures in Public Law (Turkish: Kamu İcra Hukukunda Tasarrufun İptali Davaları)" and an article entitled " Cancellation Cases in Public Enforcement Law (Turkish: Kamu İcra Hukukunda İptal Davaları ). Atty. Phd. Filiz Askan and Atty. Beykan Askan registred to İzmir Bar since 1986.
